Workshops/Experiences

These interactive experiences offers participants an opportunity to reimagine life and art through presence and humor.  Designed to help people descend into their bodies and into a more beautiful state of being. It is geared towards people who are looking to be more playful and alive. It evolved from improvisation as well as Taoist philosophy and is for anyone who wants to find that part of themselves that lives in wonder. No experience needed. All are welcome.

Please come unprepared.

Biography

Jet runs workshops and experiences that blend her years as a performer and director with her studies of Taoist medicine.

She created and performed a role in the cirque show Absinthe, called the greatest show in Vegas history by Las Vegas Weekly. The Huffington Post described the show as "Risqué, dangerous and mind-altering... It is poetic, beautiful, inspiring and insulting." She toured with The Second City and was the former artistic director of the Chicago Improv Festival. She taught physical theater and clown at Columbia College and Mount Saint Mary's University. She studied breathwork, meditation and cold immersion with the Ice Man Wim Hof and has studied with Eckhart Tolle at his School of the Awakenings program. She has received a Masters in Interdisciplinary Arts, a Masters in Traditional Chinese Medicine and is finishing her Doctorate in Integrative Medicine.
